zoe has been upgraded to lessen the cost of maintenance. this also means that zoe now is taking advantage of discord webhooks and slash commands. 

Commands  
/setup <webhook url> - create guild instance
/reset - reset instance
/region <region> - change guild region
/adduser <username> - add user to guild
/deluser <username> - delete user from guild
/userlist - display guild userlist
/speak - zoe will talk to you 

zoe traverses through the rift to find info about you. zoe will broadcast wins and losses every five minutes.
