Update includes:

Moderator Roles

• Add moderator roles using (/add-moderator-role). Currently limited to 1 role per server. I will be increasing this limit though.
• Remove moderator roles using (/remove-moderator-role).
• List moderator roles using (/list-all-moderator-roles).

Moderator Role Permissions

• (/chart) command can now only be used by Users with at least one Moderator Role or Users with a Role that has the Administrator permission.
• (/leaderboard) command can now only be used by Users with at least one Moderator Role or Users with a Role that has the Administrator permission.

Other

• Bug fixes.
• Improvements on the backend.
