Over the past weeks, we've been working on improving BloxNotifier support experience to make getting help clearer and more reliable. Support is now handled through a support bot and a new official Discord support server, where you can receive assistance from staff or community members.

Alongside this, the system used to manage support have been upgraded to improve ticket handling, staff workflows, and issue detection.

These changes aim to make support faster to manage and easier to monitor as the bot continues to grow.
