Echo now has a few new QOL fixes and new features. 

New features:

✧ Multi Burn by ID (up to 15), burn by tag "eb tag (emoji)", burn by rarity

✧ Search in collection by untagged! "ec t ut" 

✧ Activity drop with admin "eset add (#Channel)" command! (prefix) (default > drops in the active channels)

✧ FRAMES! Now you can apply frames to your cards! 

QOL CHANGES:

✧ Framed cards now let you know in collection, multiburn etc, the emoji for frames is next to your rarity emoji! 

✧ Trade no longer says unknown card when trades are completed. 

✧ trade now accepts "remove" as a feature, "remove (item or card)" removes the item from the trade, no more unneeded cancelled trades!

✧ new command, einfo shows a link to the official server and a link to invite the bot
