It is now possible to blacklist users from creating tickets in your server!

This can be done using the new /blacklist command, which allows moderators to add, remove and check if a user is blacklisted.

Viewing the blacklist is not possible via a command, but in the dashboard: https://ticketon.app/dash?next=/blacklist
