### How do I request something that's not on the list?
 You can use the `s!wish` or `s!order` command for requesting something that's not on the list. The difference between the two commands is, with the `s!order` command, you can request anything with more than one argument. (ex. a cola can) With the `s!wish` command, you can request anything within one argument. (ex. a-cola-can)

### How do I reset my cooldown, if possible?
Use `s!rcooldown` to reset your own cooldown. Or, `s!rcooldown @user` to reset someone else's cooldown. You will need the manage messages permission to use this command.
