Mute
<mute <user's tag> <reason> , mutes the user permanently

<tempmute <user's tag> <reason> , mutes the user for specific time

<unmute <user's tag> ,Unmutes the user if muted
Warn
<warn <user's tag> <reason> , Warns the user and stores the warn data of user
List warns
