Commands
s!botinfo, Gives basic info about the bot like user count and developer info 
s!user (user id), Checks against our Bad User Database 
s!report, (DM COMMAND) Begins the reporting process for the bot, caution all commands have a 45 second timeout.

Automatic Banning of bad users (Will be automatically opted out, owner must opt in) 
Anti-Raid/Automatic Reporting of raids to bad user database 
Anti-Spam/Reporting of Bad User
