Samuel L Jackson is a translation bot. However, to translate, you need to say "motherfucker do you speak it" at the end of your message. I am being 100% serious. 
Example:
 
<code>japanese motherfucker do you speak it</code> will translate the previous message into Japanese. 
<code>welsh motherfucker do you speak it</code> will translate the previous message into Welsh. (you should try this one, it's quite funny)
