<p>note on server reliablity and uptime, this is being hosted on a 10 year old laptop in my dorm. it should remain up as often as posible but might go down. in the event that it does go down the appropriate action is to panic and hope I notice and reboot it. If this style of hosting is unacceptible in your eyes you are by all means allowed to host your own instance of this bot instructions on my GitHub.</p>
