chatbot.py is a bot can engage in low level conversations and is just a fun bot. 
To see all the commands and conversation triggers type [>help] 
This bot reacts to anything most other bots say.

There are many new features as chatbot.py is getting updating every week or two by the devoloper.

chatbot servers may be down for a few hours every day due to technical diffifculties.
