The biggest update to the bot in a long time. Completely overhauled the code, writing most of it from scratch to give:

• Added https://thebotdev.co.uk/dashboard for you to set your perks server (donator only) and also list your active perks
• Added /versus for anyone that has any donator rank for you to play against each other
• Made lotto daily, removed the ticket cap, and added a ⁠daily-challenge 👀 (starts tomorrow)
• The bot will only respond to slash commands now (the @Rocket Gambling Bot ping handler was eating memory
• Added first win of the day + variety win streaks to the games (winning different game types in a short time grants a multiplier)
• Re-wrote the entire bot and tweaked the database to be more performant (faster games)
• Moved the bot to a new server that reduces latency by ~300ms per action
• Automated patron rank perks so I don't have to grant them manually anymore
• Moved all donations/subscriptions to Ko-Fi to make the website less complicated
• Added visual rendering for blackjack, with more to follow! (i.e. it uses pictures to show the game not just emoji/text)
