Sometimes when someone just wants to post an image link, be it from Discord attachments, or Tenor gifs, Discord just decided to not provide embeds for some reason. Be it because the user doesn't have embed perms, Discord decided the image is deemed inappropriate, or Discord just doesn't feel like showing embed.
