This bot monitors comments that contains LE Tools build planner links and replies with short summary of the build, which includes general character info, defenses, EHP, etc.

"Manage Messages" permission is completely optional. If the bot has this permission, then it deletes LE Tools build planner link embed from the message that it replies to. But there's a permission check, so bot will function without it as well.
