Currently a Complete and customizable ticketing system. Adjustable:
- Ticket system message
- Ticket message
- Button Title
- Rename Tickets
- Ticket Claim Button Visibility
- If the user is allowed to close the ticket
- Whether after the close button, the closing must still be confirmed 
- Individual dropdown menu, here ticket reasons can be stored which the user must select before creating the ticket
- Individual claim categories, here the ticket is moved into a category, if the user has the stored role for one of the categories (tickets are tidier)
