The New Europe 

A whole new world has been made after the events, five years ago. The only continent left is Europe, aka The New Europe. Divided into 5 districts and a Central Capital humans and gifted people live together. 

Every district has its own job and it's own place in our world. Outside of Europe there is something called The Old World, overgrown and quite, quite dangerous.
