Hello new sinner it seems that you have been rejected by heaven and have been sent down here for your sins, Now don't worry! You won't be punished however it's tricky living down here so let me give you some advice:
1. Watch out for “the radio demon” - he's one guy you don't want to mess with 
2. Find somewhere safe to hide before the clock tower hits 000- that's when the yearly exterminations begin
3. Enjoy the different areas in hell- who knows how long you have 

I hope this information helps you along your path down here in pentagram city, however if you feel like you have been wrongfully sent down here, I suggest seeking out the princess of hell, she has created a new passion project to redeem sinners!  Many are doubtful the hazbin hotel will work but it could be your ticket to the gates of heaven!
