You can build your forces however you want.

Prepare your industry and your strategy now, or get crushed when war finally breaks out.

Make alliances with other nations, or turn on them when it benefits you.

Use diplomacy, trade, and influence to expand your power.
Control resources, secure key routes, and outplay your rivals.

Trust is temporary.
