Car manufacturers, religions, footballers, sportspersons, etc. possess identical logos and names that of earth's which is considered as mere coincidence and does not hold any resemblance to the real world ie. earth.
What you can do?
You can rule your nation, take part in roleplaying activities, pass legislations, declare war, resolve conflicts, provide global aid, help terminate terrorists and a lot of things.

The Union des Nations commonly known as the Union of Nations, is a supreme international governing body and an intergovernmental organization that aims to maintain international peace and security, develop friendly relations among nations, achieve international cooperation, and be a centre for harmonizing the actions of nations. It prevents conflicts among military superpowers, provide relief aids to marginalized sections of the society and create a ideal world without hardships like, hunger, starvation and poverty.
