This server is full of self-help skills for regulating emotions, interpersonal effectiveness, tolerance in distress and crisis, being mindful, accepting (but not agreeing with!) reality, thinking dialectically, self-care, stopping substance abuse and suicidal/harmful tendencies, urges, and ideations, and how to problem solve effectively.
