After justice studies of CAIs use and functionally for users. We have prepped into a massive code overhaul onto CAI. This is a overhaul for paid users. Users will still be able to access CAI for free on a limited status. Limited messages & yes on public, no private repo access. Less conversational memory.

### Rate changes
- CaiTokens exchange was changed from **15 per message -> 1 token per message**.

**Increased token rates**
- Tier 1:  **75 Messages -> 200 Messages**
- Tier 2: **150 Messages -> 400 Messages**
- Tier 3 :**300 Messages -> 600 Messages**
- Tier 4: **600 Messages -> 800 Messages**

**Decreased token rates**
- Free Tier: **10 Messages -> 5**

### Agent network
We have fine tuned our Cai network to action and call on the latest API we have access to.  As we continue to fine tune Cai higher grade models will be come available later for lower tiers.
