PEZMMA ANNOUNCEMENT:

Both myself and @JAB24 have been working very hard in the background to create an additional platform in addition to our weekly manual work of tape study and write ups. We have long used an algorithm that is the backbone to our predictions via the AI (#models). With this, we have been able to achieve a 78.9% prediction rate this year alone and has assisted me hitting 80.8% of my own predictions. For those who have been here since the beginning, already know the story of the previous direction we were in and though the results were still there, the community and growth of the community was not a focus. Shit happens and we move on....

So with that said, we are excited to announce the launch of our own site that has been in development for the past couple months. This is still only the beginning for PEZMMA so please do not think we released it and there's nothing coming in the future. We understand the current state of the site is really not the most ideal use case at all as there is minimal AI utilized in it's current form. We are hoping to get this done before the end of the year and create one of the most efficient sites to match our current AI model. I've enjoyed the process of bringing this idea to life and I know everyone has been teased enough regarding the future of PEZMMA.

Some Core Features:

Full database of every past, present, and future UFC fighter.... but better yet, ANY fighter that sniffs global rankings Because of this, the site will also be utilized for NON UFC events for those who are interested in betting other major orgs such as PFL, ONE, and RIZIN to name a few.

Full global rankings access that is updated daily to reflect any and all changes. This is also utilized instead of the current UFC rankings as we know is subject to some favoritism. This brings us to a much fairer middle ground while allowing proper ratings to fighters in predictions.

Full UFC stats integration and database again for all past, present, and future UFC fighters

Fight card predictions: Minimum 4 weeks ahead of time and the cards are updated accordingly which means any last min fights booked (something happening a lot lately) are not forgotten about or left off. Once they are officially added to the card, they are on the site.

Method of Victory (BETA): This feature is crucial to implement sooner than later. The site automatically ingests the data and will continue to improve itself over time as more fights take place. I will release how to utilize it in your bets but please understand this is a work in progress and regardless of AI implementation or not, you MUST do your own research/tape study for full understanding.

Events: Full catalogue of every UFC event and its results. Simple, but the goal here is to make the site the SOLE point of data needed for all things MMA.

Some "Bugs":

Yes, there have been some things I have noticed regarding the site but not all of them are actually bad... so lets get into it

1. Anyone competing on the day of an event may be picked up in the ingestion of event data. This can be ONE, RIZIN, PFL, and even RAF: basically if they are in the database, expect it to show up

2. Market Data: We have an API that allows us to track and thus fluctuate the confidence % based on public opinion. This will continue to be tweaked as time goes on so that the "Public" opinion does not become a liability separate from the Algorithm/AI model. This is meant to further enhance predictions, not be the determining factor

3. In the current state, these predictions I would consider to be the "On paper" predictions. Some categories utilized in these predictions include: Striking, Grappling, Wrestling, Defense in all aspects of MMA, Cardio, Late round efficiency, Venue Location, Cage Size based on location (APEX is a smaller cage, elsewhere is the full sized one), slight Home Bias if the fighter is from that country/state, Recent Form: W/L, KOd much more recently, win streaks, etc. And lastly situational factors: For example Beneil Dariush coming into this one with a damaged eye already.

All in all, this is a project that is currently functional but requires an additional layer on top of it to be perfect. We know what that layer is and are motivated to get this completed ASAP. I expect there to be some level of disappointment and some level of excitement, truly a mixed bad of emotions in response to this.

This site... will be EXCLUSIVE to this Discord. It requires credentials to access and the only way to gain access is through our Discord. To do this, all you would need to do is subscribe. As I've stated before, our goal was never to be as successful as we are this soon, let alone make money from anyone aside from the bets we place so please understand this price may go up VERY long term, but will never be to a point where we outprice ANYONE. Current subscription cost is 5 bucks a month and includes access to the site. We actually do have some subscribers already, and I'd like to quickly thank those guys for believing in us and our vision so early on. To everyone else, thank you for sticking with us through the transition from the last "regime" to this being fully run solely by myself and @JAB24. STILL TO COME:

AI layer to the PEZMMA site, potential leaderboard with giveaways, and I personally am working on some irl MMA things to bring to the cord but that's still in the works so I will leave it as a teaser with optimism around it

Further automation of weekly tasks like write ups and models.... PEZ be tired lol but this would allow for me to focus on the community aspect rather than strictly on content every week further allowing me to be a resource to everyone

And to grow this community to a place where it really takes off.... the introduction to betting other sports. Non MMA sports with an eye on NFL, some NBA and MLB, and NHL.
