speedrun.watch monitors speedrun.com and posts to your Discord channels when new runs get verified. You pick which games to track and whether you want every run, top 3 only, or world records only, set per game per channel.

The embed shows the runner, their time, placement, category, video thumbnail, a link to the run, and which mod verified it. Thumbnails work for YouTube, Twitch, and BiliBili. Runs only get posted after a speedrun.com moderator verifies them, so it won't spam your channels with unreviewed submissions.

## How to set it up

Add the bot, sign in at [speedrun.watch](https://speedrun.watch) with Discord, pick your server, search for games, and link them to channels. One game to multiple channels, multiple games to one channel, whatever you need. Each link has its own notification level. Only server owners, admins, and users with Manage Channels can configure things.

Linking a game won't backfill old runs, only new verifications get posted. The bot needs Read Messages, Send Messages, Embed Links, and Read Message History permissions.
