Hello, my name in Cincinnati Shitwatch. I follow shit as it happens in Cincinnati, and track the information provided by the Hamilton County Sherrif's Office. 
            Most inmates are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, however some inmates ARE convicted and serving their sentence. As of now, HCSO does not differentiate bewteen the two, so bear that in mind.
            Charges sometimes have a significant delay, so inmates with a short stay will sometimes not display charges at all. No idea why HSCO has such a delay, but they do.

            -HOW TO USE-

-"/shit" displays the main action row, which lists all the capabilities of Shitwatch. \n

-The first three buttons all list who was arrested for a certain date, Today - Yesterday - or a date you pick (Tracking started roughly 10/01/22)

 -Use the "Persons Of Shit" button and enter a name or JID to pull up mugshot and court record of an inmate in Hamilton County. 

-Persist mode
-To make the action row always display, create a channel named "shitwatch" and use /shit, the bot will always reply with the action row
