During this public beta period, we're using Paddle in sandbox mode, which means every subscription is free but all premium data and subscriptions will be reset after beta is over.   • Create tickets via buttons, select menus, or /create-ticket command
  • Thread-based or channel-based tickets
  • Customizable ticket naming with placeholders ({username}, {index}, {category})
  • Unlimited categories (3 on Free plan)
  • Per-user ticket limits (0-10 simultaneous tickets)
  • Claim/unclaim tickets for ownership
  • Transfer tickets between categories
  • Add or remove users from tickets
  • Close requests to confirm issue resolution
