Friendbot is a mental health support bot attempting to help those in need with direct results. 

Try the `/help` command to have friend bot list what they can do, or, simply look below! 

`/crisis`
> brings up a menu offering Call centres, text centres, and online chat rooms— offers options in a large variety of countries and continents.

`/breathe`
> brings up a box breathing gif for you to follow along to and prevent hyperventilating!

`/comfort`
> Friend bot can provide a list of websites that can provide calming stimuli, as well as spaces to talk to other peers about your problems

`/tips`
> Friend bot can provide tips to help calm yourself from panic attacks, as well as provide alternatives to self harm.

`/vent`
> Friend bot can be used to speak your feelings into the theoretical void-- using the vent command will send your vent to friend bot, who will DM you so you can continue to vent to them.
