Hey there!
The server is brand new and is meant to be a meeting ground for any and all who would like to participate in a group project in erecting and helping manage a persistent RP server. If you feel like you've got ideas to share, come on in and help. 
There's several roles open that will carry on through onto the main server once that's up and running.
