This release adds new ways to protect members, recognize comeback activity, and make admin review quieter and clearer.

Highlights:

• Admins can now use /config add kick_exemption to protect one member from inactivity kicks before manual review is needed.
• CleanerBot now recognizes members who recover after an inactivity warning with a welcome-back DM and matching server announcement visibility.
• Personal activity streak bests can now be celebrated, including comeback moments after quiet periods.
• Manual kick review lists now show clickable member profiles without pinging those members.
• Setup, score, reminder, Silent Kudos, vote, feedback, and inactive-role copy is clearer and more welcoming.
• Large inactivity checks and notification thread cleanup now pace Discord lookups more gently.
• Several setup, poll, score update, notification cleanup, and inactivity score edge cases were fixed.
