# How to add the bot

Make sure you (the user setting it up)   have manage server/admin perms
Step 1: Add bot to the server using the link below.

Step 2: Create a channel you want to global chat in

Step 3: Go to channel permissions and ensure the bot can send messages and view the channel

Step 4: Run the command /globalchat-setup channel:
Congratulations,  you are all done.
