Well, this started as my side project(still is a side project). I'm trying my best to take this bot to the top level

    `$help`: Shows the help page
    `$ping`: Shows the latency of bot
    `$password`: Get yourself a strong, randomized password
    `$avatar`: get a new avatar 
    `$ascii`: Convert your avatar to ascii characters
    `$name`: get a cool looking name
