in a time long before the clans, three tribes lived in harmony in undiscovered territories.
the tribe of gushing wind, who lived in the moors
the tribe of looming shadows, who lived in the pine forests
and the tribe of rippling rivers. who live on the grassy plains
the three tribes lived in peace for many years, but when the founding three cats passed, they fell into chaos
the tribe cats didnt know who to appoint as their new leaders, and terrible choices were made. they stoppeproviding for there elders, kits, or any other cat too weak to hunt and fight. many cats were lost because of this treatment. this went on for many moons before a cat called sun had a vision. she was told by a starry cat to venture farther than any cat before her and find a peace. she left in secret the following night, taking with her only her most trusted friends, one from each tribe. they travelled for a days seeing no sign from the starry cat that had spoken to her. she began to give up, settling down in a cave  for the night. she and her friends didnt want to go on, so they decided that they would go back to the tribes in the morning, they made temporary nests and fell asleep. that night, Sun got another messege from the starry cat. "well done, you have come far, and gone through many difficult times. you may not know it, but you have arrived." the cat told her.
when she awoke, she told the other journeying cats about her vision. they searched the cave and found a cavern full of shimmering white crystals with a  glowing pool in the centre. Sun and her friends took a drink of the water, and were transported to a beautiful forest, full of starry cats like the one who gave Sun a vision.
three starry cats approached the group, they introduced themselves as: Torrent, founder of the tribe of rippling rivers. Shade, founder of the Tribe of Looming Shadows.  and Gale, founder of the Tribe of Gushing Wind. {you can see the full lore in the lore channel in the server}
