The Node, an island found at the nexus of the central zone. Created by the transcendent deity of Zhentaxia, whose identity has been up to par with the Central Zone, Alga.

No one knows how and when the island was created, nor the purpose of it. But every time the gates of the island opens, creatures from various realms would find themselves in the island. There is no exact requirement for creatures to enter the island when its gates open but it is usually those that are on the brink of death, they will find themselves in the island in full health.

So far, the island has opened its gates eight times and only a few would have a chance to come back every time. The first and second time The Node opened its gates, none have come out, their fates unknown. As for those who have got out of the island, they have become the most favored creatures of the Central Zone. But if you ask those people about their experiences, they would refuse to speak with fear in their eyes.

“It is hell disguised as heaven” said one to his children before his death.

The restrictions of the island are numerous. As a space under the control of Alga, no one else can use the power of time and space inside the island, teleportation and telepathy are also restricted. Even the power to call out other divinities has been cut off, the smallest connection and any form of communication outside the island is impossible.

The Node is an island paradise but also a prison. As to how to get out of this prison? No one knows, but one thing is for sure… Live.

Now that the gates of The Node opens for the ninth time. How many will enter? How many will perish? How many will survive? How many will be able to get out?
