Fixing the starts cause that other guy is an asshole

Easy to use, got everything needed for managing channel with this bot. the only thing i don't like is probably the purge chat MAYBE by duplicating the channel. making the channel ID different from before, therefore the channel tags in chat (#general) needs to be updated. but overall is very good :)
