This bot is online during full moons

This bot is online during full moons, its great and wonderful. It goes idle during crecent moons. Why? who knows, I sure as heck dont. This bot has one command !ping, this is to check if its online and working.

This table shows the percentages from which new moon starts, till the next new moon. For example, the bot is offline from new moon, till 10% into the new moon, which it then becomes idle.

Online	Idle	Offline
40%-60%	10%-40% and 60%-90%	0%-10% and 90%-100%

This has been genuinely the most entertaining bot I've ever used on a server. I gave it its own "Moon Phase" role near the top of the server, my org uses full moons/new moons for recording keeping/meetings. I manually change the nickname to include the emoji of the moon phase, so if there was a way to do that automatically that would be amazing.
