• changed a lot of stuff with the prescript generator itself. added more stuff to the table pools and added more diversity to make prescripts "repeat" less.
• added ranks, where you're able to be promoted via rare prescripts (and by meeting a certain generated-prescripts threshold)
• added descriptions to said ranks with a new command (a lot of them are non-canon and are there just to fill the gaps)
