People should know being sad and depressed are two different things but must be addressed equally. Depression is a mental health issue while being sad is normal. However sad people should never be watered down because someone else has depression. Instead we should always talk to those feeling down and be supportive no matter what because if ignored can lead to depression that is much harder to cure and help.
