Our community serves as a social hangout for fans of Korean-pop group: TXT. Because K-pop music has gained traction within recent years on a global scale, we make it our primary goal to welcome members of all sorts of backgrounds. This includes ensuring that our space is safe for newcomers who may be unfamiliar with K-pop but are wanting to learn. Designated channels are in place to consistently update members on the artist’s music promotions, upcoming activities, and social media updated on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Weverse, a Korean-based app made for artists to update their fans. Our features extend beyond just information on the artist, though. To keep members actively engaged in a positive manner we have implemented the use of numerous entertaining games that are posted on a day-to-day basis. In addition multiple events are hosted a month to continue promoting member activity. Because we owe our growth to our members, their opinions always matter. We have always made it a point to consult them on how we can continue to improve our space. Members are always allowed to give suggestions through our suggestions channel or through the use of our ticketing system. The ticketing system also offers members a discreet area for them to approach available staff in the event that they have encountered a server-related issue. Our main channels allow members to freely chat about anything they please (so long as conversations are within the rules). Related channels include a chill chat for members who prefer to avoid fast-paced conversations and a chat specifically for members who speak other languages. As previously noted, we strive to keep our community comfortable for people around the world. Therefore they are given a space where they don’t have to feel afraid of speaking a language they are unfamiliar with. Just like with every other channel, staff are constantly moderating to ensure that conversations are appropriate.
