Force of Will takes place on a mysterious extradimensional plane of reality known as the Beyond, where space and the very laws of physics are warped and people can harness the spiritual power of Will. Those born with Will inside them are known as the Imbued, and they begin to manifest unique powers at a young age. However, this is as much a curse as it is a blessing; a dangerous force called Chaos hunts down the Will inside them from the moment they open their eyes. On the continents of Terrace and Solace exist special Academies to house, protect, and train these Imbued to defend themselves later in life. Those who are especially determined to drive back the never-ending forces of Chaos may stay at the Academy and hone their skills even further- becoming mighty mercenaries called Freeblades. Or, who knows? Maybe you became one just to make a quick buck while traveling the world? The choice is yours.
