Armies are being modernized with rifles, artillery, and early machines. Navies are expanding with massive dreadnoughts to control the seas.

You can build your forces however you want. Mass conscripts, elite units, colonial troops, or something more specialized.

Prepare your industry and your strategy now, or get crushed when war finally breaks out.

POWER AND POLITICS

Make alliances with other nations, or turn on them when it benefits you.

Use diplomacy, trade, and influence to expand your power. Control resources, secure key routes, and outplay your rivals.

Trust is temporary. Power is what matters.
