Features
/dragme: Ask for a drag.
/vcinvite: Invite a member to the VC.
/votekick: Vote kick users in the VC.
/shiftall: Shift all members in the VC to another VC.
/denydrags: Block specific VCs from drags/invites.
/vipblock: Block drags/invites when a VIP is in that VC.
/addbypass: Specify roles that can bypass the blocks.
/afk: Set AFK to receive no drag requests for 30 minutes.

Setup
/setup: Bot setup commands.
/start: Start the bot.
/shutdown: Shutdown the bot.
/dashboard: Check blocked VCs and bot status.
/allowdrags: Reallow drags/invites from specific VCs.
/vipallow: Remove VIP block from VCs.
/votekickoff: Stop votekick feature.
/votekickon: Turn on votekick feature.
/removebypass: Remove roles that can bypass the blocks.
/removeafk: Remove the AFK set.
