About Celerity Academy Racing Celerity Academy Racing is a community focused on providing a positive environment for youth, helping them avoid harmful influences such as gangs, substance abuse, and challenging home lives. The league uses sim racing as a tool to teach important life skills, build confidence, and create a supportive community for young participants.
Mission Statement: Celerity Academy Racing is dedicated to uniting players globally by pairing novice drivers with expert coaches, providing authentic one-on-one learning sessions that foster the development of a diverse range of sim racing skills. We strive to create a relaxed and supportive environment, enabling individuals to build confidence and excel behind the wheel. Additionally, our goal is to ensure that all league matchmaking is conducted as fairly as possible, promoting a competitive yet enjoyable experience for all participants.
Key Objectives
Skill Development: The league pairs novice drivers with experienced coaches, ensuring personalized, one-on-one training to help players improve their racing techniques and knowledge.
Creating a Safe Environment: The league aims to provide a safe, structured space for youth to avoid negative influences and focus on developing both their racing abilities and confidence.
Career Pathway Support: Celerity Academy Racing aims to help youth gain resources and connections to pursue real-world careers in motorsport and game development. Including exposure to opportunities in driving, pit crew work, mechanical roles, engineering, and team management, as well as video game development. Our goal is to equip young people with the guidance to get their foot in the door and turn their passions into professions.
