The bot was amazing; it was easy to set up and work. I expressed some concerns in the suggestion channel about finding out those features were already in the bot; I just overlooked them. This is by far the best and most advanced ticket bot available right now! Unlike other ticket bots, not all features are locked behind a premium paywall, which is a huge plus. If AI systems are added in the future, it will be even more impressive. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves!
