A simple use of event watchers can be that you want to be notified when someone goes online. You can then use a command to create a watcher that the bot will watch for.
<h2>How it works</h2>
Step by step for how the bot works:

  <li>The program recognizes the event</li>
  <li>The bot sends you a message saying that your event has occured</li>
