FIxed:

• Random errors being thrown when /sets was being ran due to response times

Added:

• New Leaderboard embed and filters to show the most packs opened, who has the most mythics, and who has the most of one set completed
• Made buypack not need set arguments to allow random pack buying
• Made collection load faster, ensured collection shows proper quantity
• Status on the bot
• Now using TOPGG API to send updated server joined count

Known issues:

• Token cards and art cards do not show their price.
• Foil cards do not show proper foil prices
