/quiz start - Starts the quiz round

Two types of modes
Classic - A mode where everyone will get a chance to answer the questions and gain points to correct answers!

Rapid - A mode where the first person to answer correctly will get a point!

NOTE: The bot only has 50 questions but more will be added as time goes by
