Update: Birthday Reminders — Timezone & 08:00 Local

What’s new
• 🕗 Scheduled at 08:00 (local): Birthday posts now fire once per day after 08:00 in each guild’s local timezone.
• 🌍 Per-guild timezone: Set any IANA timezone (e.g., Europe/Warsaw, Asia/Bangkok).
• 🔁 No restart needed: The loop reads settings from the DB every run; changes take effect live.
• 🚀 Instant check: Run today’s check on demand for quick testing.
• 🧭 Missed-run catch-up: If the bot was offline at 08:00, it will post once it’s back (after 08:00 local).

New slash commands
• /birthday_timezone <timezone>
– Admin-only. Sets the guild’s timezone (IANA format).
– Example: /birthday_timezone Europe/Warsaw

• /birthday_check_now
– Admin-only. Immediately processes today’s birthdays (ignores the 08:00 gate).

How it works
• The scheduler runs every 10 minutes and, per guild:
– Computes “today” using the guild’s timezone.
– Skips until local time ≥ 08:00.
– Posts once per day (daily gate via last_daily_ymd).
– Marks each user with last_announce_ymd to avoid duplicates.
• If announce channel is missing/inaccessible, the day is marked to prevent loops.
• Fallback timezone comes from env var BIRTHDAY_DEFAULT_TZ (default: Europe/Warsaw).

Setup / migration notes
• New DB column: birthday_settings.timezone (auto-migrates on start).
• Permissions: Bot needs View Channel + Send Messages in your “Congrats” channel.
• Configure via /birthday (panel + channels).
• Optional env: BIRTHDAY_DEFAULT_TZ="Europe/Warsaw"

Quality & stability improvements
• Per-guild processing extracted into a dedicated method for safer retries.
• Daily gate ensures exactly one run per guild per day after 08:00.
• Views are re-attached on load; signup panel remains persistent.

Important: permissions & role hierarchy
For AutoRole to assign roles, two conditions must be met:

🔧 Permission: The bot needs Manage Roles.

🏗️ Hierarchy: The bot’s top role must be strictly higher than every target role (not equal).
➜ Server Settings → Roles → drag the bot’s highest role above all roles you want AutoRole to give.

Why a role might show “not assignable”

@everyone can’t be assigned.

Managed/integration roles (from other bots, subscriptions, etc.) can’t be granted. Create a regular copy if needed.

The role is equal/higher than the bot’s top role → move the bot role above it.

Issue: Some admin buttons (Create / Edit Message, Language settings) showed Interaction failed or did nothing.

✅ What’s fixed:
Interactions now open reliably using public messages (no more invisible/ephemeral menus).
Permission check: Only members with Manage Roles can use admin buttons.
No data loss: Existing role mappings & texts remain safe.

🛠 What you should do:
Use /languages to open the menu.
Click Create / Edit Message → the setup wizard will appear as a public message.
Make sure the bot has View Channel, Send Messages, and Manage Roles.

❓ FAQ:
Will my settings be deleted? → No, all current settings are kept.
Why do I see a permission error? → You need the Manage Roles permission.
Why is the wizard public now? → Public flows are more reliable on Discord.
