Froge was made, based on some strange need for a bot that could respond with a frog croak. Thus, I created him, purely out of boredom.
At the very bare minimum, - I'd say - he provides anything frog-related; jokes, facts, and reaction images. That is, simply, what his main use is.
But, based on my very loose ambition and continuous need to make something great, he now has access to a Frog-Oriented Biological Index, hand-typed and uncommonly being worked on some at a time.
