<p>Before you can use ツ Ticket Bot ツ you need to set up a `Support Team` role</p>

<p>When using the `Add` or `Remove` commands you do not have to tag the user but you do have to include there discord `#` tag (Example: `@Tyler. H#9393`</p>

<p><em>Support Team</em>: When a ticket is opened, members with this permission level will be added to the ticket.</p>
