HOW IT WORKS ?
1. when the bot joins the server the admin can mention the channel where they want all their user info to be posted , by using a command ` !setup #channel`
2. when a new user or a existing users want's to introduce himself to the server he can do that very easily by typing a command` !start `, Info Beel will dm the user asking a few questions and when the user completes answering the bot will post the user's details in the  channel which was mentioned by the admin 
3. when a admin /mod /member whats to know about that user they can type a command `!whois @mention `to get the details of the users (which he had answered to the bot)
