very simply put, the bot adds this <img src="https://cdn.discordapp.com/emojis/752127922818646067.gif?v=1"></img> emoji as reaction to any message with the word nice in it. Next to that the bot says for about every 1 in 200 messages "Nice!"  and finally there is a Global Nice Counter to keep track of the amount of times Nice has been said.
